Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement in Tehran. The agreement
includes strategy, economics, and other fields, with the economic field
as the top priority: CISTC and CISTO serve the strategic cooperation of
the two nations.

OUR MISSION

Both China and Iran are ancient civilizations. The people of the two countries started friendly exchanges through the Silk Road more than 2000 years ago and forged a profound friendship. The two countries have no war entanglements in history, only long-lasting friendly exchanges and sincere cooperation; in reality, there is no fundamental contradiction, only consistent mutual support and mutual benefit. China-Iran friendship stems from friendly exchanges in history, from mutual assistance in difficult times, from selfless support on major issues, from the concept of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and has been verified through changing international situation.

OUR NETWORK

China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization local economic and trade cooperation demonstration zone (SCODA)

The SCODA is China’s first demonstration zone for economic and trade cooperation with the SCO countries. It aims to create a new platform for international cooperation on the “Belt and Road” initiative, strengthen the interconnection between China and the SCO countries, and strive to promote the two-way mutual benefit of the East and the West, land and sea as an open pattern of internal and external linkage. Iran is not only an important country in the “Belt and Road” initiative, but also an important observer country of the SCO. With the continuous strengthening of international production capacity cooperation, China and Iran will have more frequent exchanges in politics, economy, culture, and education. Under the concept of “peaceful cooperation, openness and tolerance, mutual learning, mutual benefit and win-win”, it is aimed to let the people of the two countries know each other better and facilitate economic, trade and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
